Signed up for an account a year ago and never gave any authorization to any automatic billing but was automatically billed for an annual account without my express verbal or written authorization.

This company has no contact number and no way on website to dispute or even cancel your services!  You have to go into your account and delete your credit card info but I have heard other consumers which did that and claim company still charged them for the annual fee.

This company is totally unethical and fradulent for the way they automactically set you up on annual billing.  There is a section that is preset to "annual billing" when you set up your account and if you don't physically go into your account and look for it you will not see it.  You must manually uncheck this option...which really is not an option at all for it is preset to auto bill without your express written or verbal consent.  

This company has done this to hundreds of thousands of consumers and is getting away with it for the government consumer affairs does not regulate whatsoever these actions.  So the only thing you can do is boycott the company and speak out against such internet business practices.
