court mediation states when the parent gives the child to the other parent for visitation they are to inform the apsent parent about school activities of any kind, medicines, etc. and devirce that child until they return back home(mind your business about who the child is with when the father says it is okay). Anita has done the fallowing:
Thrown her 6 week old mad at father
Gave the child to the father without ring warm medication
Let her wander into the parking lot while jumping in the fathers face almost getting hit by a car.
Changed day cares when the father sends his reletive to pick up his child on his court appointed visitation day and tells the father at the exact time he is due to pick her up the name of the day care and the street only and hang up.
Lied to the court telling them if any one but the father picks up the child that she can loose Child care resources funding. advertise the child at the fathers job on his days off and refuse him to see her and his mother the grand mother from up north.
stuck her middle finger up at the grand aunt for saying she is crazy for scratching the father up with her nails like a cat in heat.
Lied and said the father's cousin Angela tried to kidnap the child when the father thought it was his time and asked the relative to do pick up his child for him so he could see her that weekend he at the time was working 2nd shift.
Lied to her family saying the fathers relative is following and hurrassing her when the relative was just tring to offer help when the father stopped paying child support because of her harrassment at his job. The relative trying to explain her side of the story was labled a kidnapper and a harrasser.
Says she dosen't want the child around that fathers relative and has seen the business sign on the side of the relatives vehicle and called and hang up 3 to 4 days a week every week until number was changed not unlisted hang ups again, changed unlisted but advertise for busines she found it again through a govt. agency and hang ups again.
the fathers whole family intercieded the father apologizing to the relative for this year after year harrassment and the father is know longer interested in spending time that he has been granted with his daughter because the mother won't quit, I asked if he would get back together with her if he broke up with his girl friend and he said NO! cause she's crazy.
Just imagin what the father has not told me about.
relative reports mother to child protective services and they let her off with a warning and she said she wouldn't spank for saying a relatives name again.

Not to be rude, but you seem to act like the current girlfriend who is jealous of the ex.
If you sincerely feel that the child is in danger, then, you should report the mother to the local child protection agency in your area. Let them decide if she is an unfit mother. You don't have the authority to judge or make that decision.
As for the court proceedings, the child's father should confer with his lawyer for advice on how to handle the mother during visitation.
And the father should be picking up his child from daycare, not relatives. He needs to change his work schedule to accomadate his child. His child shouldn't be worked around his schedule. Children allways come first, and if you were a mom, you'd know that!
By the way, did you witness this with your own eyes, or was this all hearsay?
