ANKDisplay ANK Display I-Scarab Ripped-off after months of legitimate business South Korea, Gyeonggi-do Internet
ANK Display seemed like a legitimate company. We bought LCD Controller boards from them for a few months. At first, they were helpful, accepted our orders, and even agreed to do some customization work for us.
After months of business, we have a pile of their boards, a pile of orders from customers, and absolutely NO reply/support from this company now. It has been well over 1 month, and they do not answer their phones, or reply to emails.
We have invested thousands of dollars into their boards, and also into the customization work. The work was done 50% as it should have been. We have offered them many times to pay additional money to get the custom boards done correctly/professionally. They refuse to reply to us regarding this.
They have taken our money, and have NOT gotten the work done as it was supposed to be. Worse is that they do not reply to any Calls to the company or Emails.
PELCODE in Korea, a competing LCD Controller maker did something similar to this, but their communication and attentiveness was much worse than ANK Display. It seems to be a trend for these small South Korean LCD Controller/Display makers to simply stop replying to their customers after they have been paid. PELCODE stole over $3000 worth of product that we sent to them for tuning. Stopped replying completely.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH EITHER OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES. We lost a lot of money both times, and we hope that the same doesn't happen to you.
