When I moved within Phoenix, I called Ann and Neil Antiques to sell my dining set because I didn't think I would have room for it. They said they wanted to purchase it for their own use, but I found a place where it fit and decided to keep it. One year later, I had to move out of Arizona. I called again to ask if Ann and Neil were still interested. They agreed to sell the set on consignment and moved it to their shop.

After I moved, I never received one single call, email or notice about the status of my furniture. When I called to check on it, Neil said it hadn't sold yet. He asked if I wanted to 'relist' it. I said yes. Again, after some time had passed with no word, I called but this time, the phone had been disconnected with no forwarding information. That was about a year and a half ago.

About a month ago, I found a shop on Ebay called Ann Antiques. I emailed the seller asking if she had once owned a store in Awautukee. Ann Silverman wrote back and confirmed that she did own that store and that it was now closed.

I emailed Ann Silverman again, asking what had happened to my dining set. She didn't respond until I threatened to prosecute her and then refused to answer my question about where the dining set had gone. She claimed that our contract allowed her to take possession of my furniture. I never signed any such contract. The is the second rip off report against their store.
