Complaint Review: Ann's Cleaning Services LLC DALLAS

My daughter paid Ann"s Cleaning services to give my 3 bedroom 2 bath home a deep cleaning. They sent details of the cleaning by e-mail. On Saturday 5/20/17 two lazy ladies showed up 2 hours late. They did not do the job they were paid for. They did not even have cleaning chemicals. I had to provide them with the one I had and yet they were playing games, shoving dirt under the couch. They shoved the dirt on the stove top insie the stove. They moped my woodfloor with water after I had told them I only use wood floor cleaners which I had provided. Now the wood floor has streaks which I am trying to clean out since Saturday. All they did was make the beds. When I got pissed off with their game playing, I took over and started doing my bathtub myself because they said it will never get clean and I wanted to prove to them that it gets clean. I stepped out of my bathroom for a minute, when I came back they were taking pictures of the bathroom that I had just cleaned. When I told them they did not need to play that game with me they packed their stuff and left.Wasted money and time. My daughter has called the manager-Lisa Williams and sent the pictures but all she did was focus on the picture of the bathroom which I cleaned myself. My daughter has sent the pictures of what they did not clean which were on the contract and yet the manager has done nothing about it.
