Ann Sanfelippo, Wealth Intelligence Academy Rich Dad Poor Public! Cape Coral Florida
I just finished the second day of the Rich Dad Education for which I paid $495. That's $495 that I now realize was paid to attend a 3 day sales pitch for additional real estate training. I thought that was what the $495 was for.
Instead of getting the training I paid for, I recieved a well planned, well delivered sales presentation that is designed to make you feel guilty for not spending more money (in the thousands of dollars) to continue the training that I never received in the first place.
So far, after two days of "Training" we learned how to play the Cashflow 101 game, buy a house using owner financing (like that's hard to figure out without them), and all of the additional education that I need to spend thousands on to be as "successful" as they are.
The real lesson I have learned is I need a smooth talking speaker, some other smooth talking "success coaches", and a PowerPoint presentation to sell more to the suckers I got to pay $495 in the first place.
Secondly, they threatened to not let us attend day three since we were networking in the hall. I'm sorry, the is a free country and we can network any place they didn't rent. They rented the ballroom and "asked" everyone not to network until Sunday in the hall. They didn't rent the hallway they rented the ballroom. We can exchange numbers, names, business cards or anything else without the threat of getting kicked out. My question is simply, WHY? Why not let us network? What do you have to hide?
Don't fall for the Rich Dad Education scam!!! The books have great information, but everyone I spoke with today was just as upset as I am! Robert Kiyosaki has a problem and it's his affiliation with these scam artists!
