I found a add in a paper Wilkes Barre, PA. So I paid 500.00 for my dog.
He died of Parvo 2 weeks after I got him. The breeder has refused any form of refund. Here is the mailing address I was given. They use this as a mailing address for broking all animals including wild animals. I did not search online for them I regret this . Now I see they have many sick or dead dogs before me.
I spent over one thousand dollars to try to save him. And I am out over 1700.00
Any lawyers that are not too much please feel free to contact me.
They claim since they brokered him in they do not have to pay me back.
Yet I spoke to a breeder in Ohio I was told all Russian dogs have tattoo.
He did not so she bred him and passed him off as a import.
How do I prove this without papers.?
