I ordered off line and received my purchase the wastebasket was cracked in two places. I called immediately was told to take pics and email them and they would get back with me. I am still waiting 5 phone calls and 1 email  later still waiting on a supervisor to call me and let me know about the replacement, I know it is a busy time but I need an answer about replacing my broken wastebasket!  

TIP: when shipping product such as mine you should not use a box that is way too big for the products shipped the items were wrapped good but loose in the box and were tossed around resulting in a badly cracked wastebasket!  You need to pack items in a more appropriate box!   

Customer Service is terrible you can not get any help they do not return calls.  I just called and sat on hold for 10 minutes then a recording came on and said to leave a message and they will call back in 24 hours. "Right still waiting 3 days later"
