Since the Customer Service Department has stopped responding to my e mails I am forced to comment on this public forum that Anna's Linens is not concerned with consumer relations. In early October I ordered online. No confirmation or shipping information was sent to me. When the order had not arrived by late October I contacted Customer Service. A claim was filed with UPS in early November. I was told it could take "up to" 30 days.  The company has not initiated any communication with me and refuses to refund my money. I has now been over 2 months that they have had my money and a week longer than the time given for the UPS investigation. No one will answer my questions or give me the information I need to investigate the matter myself.
