In the end of April 2020 and beginning of May  2020 I placed two orders. The company collected the money for my items and simply did not fill the orders to the entirety, yet gave excuses blaming Covid for a year of delays. I wrote emails and placed phone calls. Many of which went ignored. I sent a refund request which went ignored. I have even contacted their Facebook page many times to no resolve. Do not purchase from this company.

They delete negative customer comments from their online pages to deliberately deceive new customers of their actual work ethic and poor business practices. Buyer beware. Many customers do not receive their orders and only some have been given a partial refund when reporting this company while not receiving any of the items purchased.

On Facebook their are complaint groups against this company for those interested in knowing how badly this company screws its customers out of their money every step of the way after point of purchase. I have not been fully refunded nor have my orders been filled. It is almost a year. This us not acceptable.
