Complaint Review: Anne Alper Law

Anne Alper Law Destroyer of families. Hired gun legal tactics. Kids for Cash. Fort Lauderdale Florida

At Anne Alper Law, the focus is marketed as "issues are addressed as quickly as the Courts allow and make sure that the family issues are resolved". That IS true, but what isn't stated at the Anne Alper Law website (while you watch streaming photos of little girls tucked into bed with a teddy bear, smiling families (especially children), all getting along is: If you have the money, we here at Anne Alper Law will do our best to railroad the other parent, completely ignore and use ways to minimize any wrongdoing of yours, the person who hires us.

We at Anne Alper Law will devise outlandish fabrications, suggest ways to correct horrific situations on the surface as it looks good to judges and magistrates, but make sure the goal is unachievable, as we will interfere any way we can to stop any positive progress. We strongly and tenaciously utilize hearsay evidence and our attorneys, who aren't therapists will speak of training that we have had as a "smoke and mirror" tactic, implying without actually stating (as that would be fraud) that we are qualified family and child therapists.
This report undoubtedly more helpful to Anne Alper Law in the industry of Family Law than hurtful to this company, because if you choose to use money to evilishly break up family relationships, this is assuedly the firm to hire.

Children lose, states win, liars burn

Not only will it pop up on an internet search, it will pop up close to the top. Parents aren’t losers, families are. Just like yours was.

Ultimately, while destroyers of families doesn’t sit well with the final Judge because the argument of it being their job to lie will be futile. Neither will the judgement be a good day for those who finance it, as they will face judgement without a checkbook.

Not A Part Of The Family Court System

You just decided to put a positive advertisement for a Family Law firm.  The perspective I used is simply that of what parents go through in such a case.  Your descriptive experience is that of the losing parent.  Let's face the truth:  If I'm a parent who would like to not have a joint custody situation with my spouse, I lived in your area, and I needed to look up a family law firm that would help me achieve that goal, then you just provided a free ad because this complaint will pop up on Google.

They did everything for their client and destroyed you in the process.  How fast can they say - sign me up?  That's why it's hard to leave a complaint here on this site for a Family Law firm if you happen to be on the losing side of a battle.

Thank you so much for not reverting to the politically correct, “Best Interest of the Child” creed used by members of the Family Court system. It shows that when a person as yourself has the ability to hide behind a keyboard that that creed that is used as a deception that disguises the money making industry that is Family Court, where there only interest in children is how to profit from them, including incentive payments to states from the federal government under part D of Title IV of the Social Security Act.

Otherwise, your reference of a parent being a winner or loser would not enter your mind, but children winning would be how you and the Family Court system would truly think. Parents don’t win or lose. Only the children are the losers in this broken system and the only winners are lawyers and generated revenue for states.

The irony that the State of Florida protected my father behind its peninsular border, while my mother raised my brother and I, 1200 miles away with no financial assistance from our father. But, I suppose that makes my mother dumb, as you say. The State of Florida refused to garnish his wages and because he was a resident of the State of Florida, my “dumb loser” mother would have needed to forsake my brother and I and bring the fight to Florida.

It wouldn’t have made much difference anyway, since part D of Title IV of the Social Security Act wasn’t established until 1975 and the state wouldn’t have profited from collecting the child support.

Lots and lots of family law cases end up exactly as you just described - with one parent on the winning end, and one who doesn't get to see their child often.  And yes, it generally means only one parent is happy and the other isn't.

The advertisement you described is the happy parent who won and the other is you.  Unfounded claims between parental units fly back and forth when both sides have aggressive attorneys.  So yes, you just provided a good advertisement for the law firm - the other parent hired that firm and you're the unhappy loser in the case.

At the same time, I often find people who are unwilling to hire a family law attorney, or decide they can simply appeal to the other parent's good sense to compromise without hiring a lawyer.  A dumb move to say the least.  In a Family Law case, the point is to win and that often means spending money.  If you feel like you want to compromise - then that comes later without the attorneys present.  Family law cases are not cheap and if you believe for a second you can proceed in a family law case without spending money, good luck losing whatever it is you want out of the case.
