After repeatedly explaining to Anne Holloway why I could not accept the terms for a lease contract for my home, she proceeded to accept the lease anyway . Since this home was in NC ,I’m living in Minnesota ,she calls me on Dec 21, She then does NOT return one text e-mail or phone call. Because of Christmas, I had no legal remedies available to me.I literally came within days of having Unwanted tenants in my home for an unwanted period of time. My misfortune aside, the most unforgivable act was how this disrupted the lives Of the potential tenants,a lovely couple in their 80’s just trying to find a home. In my 45 years of owning and leasing rental property ,I have never seen such a lack of INTEGRITY for the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. All pleas to Anne Holloway’s Broker Owner of Spectrum went unanswered as well.
