Annex runs ads on Craigslist offering employment with astronomical commisson and have the people call 200 to 300 calls per day using a perdictive dialer, bring in good american business people in desperate need of finacial help and take full advantage of them through loans at a usery payback high daily ach loan payments that make annex a heafty commission and then either fire those who are owed their little piece of the deal, so they don't have to pay them or they just flat out lie to you telling you "you just have bad luck, none of your loans closed" GET BACK ON THE PHONE !! either way the result is the same Annex gets paid and YOU DON'T .  This is not the first time  Ed Haley has done this type of business Check out QUEST FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS out of Santa ana California.  THis company is run by two dirtbags named Mario Bendicho and Edward Eugene Haley.  Beware of these two!!

Thank you Dave S. for finding these scumbags.  I have a judgement against them and they left their last place of business in the middle of the night the landlord said.  I am sending their address to some people they rippedoff so they can seek justice.  Check the Orange County Superior Court website and you will see a long list of people who sued them and they did not even show up for court.   All are now judgements on them.  I would think they should be in jail for all the loan modification fraud judgements they now have.
