Annie Cloth, China They had a return policy which stated they would accept returns for a full refund minus the shipping. NOT TRUE !!! GUANGZHOU CHINA
I ordered 2 sweaters. One had a large white spot in the knit directly on the front of the sweater, and the other sweater had two large pulls in it. I paid 64 dollars for this order. I emailed them 5 times requesting the address so I could send the sweaters back.
After 5 emails I still have no address, and was told in one of the emails I had only 14 days for them to authorize a return. I totally got nothing but a run around from this company Annie Cloth. I sent the first email the day after I received their defective merchandise.
If you want to throw your hard earned money out the window, this is the company to purchase from !!!! This is a disgrace to operate a company as Annie Cloth. I hope this helps other people before they order anything from Annie Cloth.
