I ordered several items from Annie Cloth from an advertisement on Facebook. The biggest mistake was not to look for Reviews online not just the reviews placed under the item. Received the items in a timely manner. Nothing fit like I had hoped, fabric was cheap, sizes were way too small.
I immediately repackaged and tried to contact Customer Service as their instructions were to be timely and precise. However, they will not respond which runs out the return timeline. I finally received instructions to return the items to China ($65 from TX) and they keep saying they never received and saying "why we owe you, we never receive".
My Paypal dispute Resolution ran out its allowable timeline and now Annie Cloth will not respond. Do Not Purchase from this Company! Reported to FTC & State Atty General
