Complaint Review: Annie Rush/Whisper Of The Angels

Great!!!  Thank you!  File a lawsuit!  Lets go to court so I can PROVE that I have NEVER had a "session" with you!  I will gladly produce ALL the emails I have saved where you repeatedly told me you would issue me a refund and then NEVER did!  I even found one dated after the so called January 6th session where you stated AGAIN that my email had been sitting in spam and you would issue me a refund so BRING IT!

Okay I do not NEED to do anything, I choose to write back on this ridiculous post.  I know for FACT that your reading was given.  So whatever slanderous, malicious attempts you are trying to prove, are false.  I am not going to call you names such as you are to me.  That is uncalled for. 

But I will say this... YOU ARE COMMITTING SLANDER AND LIBEL and yes I do have all your information.  I do have the date our session took place and your contact information and will be directing it to my attorney.  See this site does nothing about taking down their posts.  That is why so many come here to spit out lies.  But at lease we have the ability to rebuttal.

I thank you for PUBLICLY stating what you have.  And along with your group, I will be filing a suit.  Many are doing this for they are sick and tired of this site allowing so many to get away with stating things that they cannot back up!!  Yes you have a receipt and Yes I have my phone records proving the call. 

To say you googled my name for a year and a half, and could not find me is laughable.  No one else has problems finding me. 

AS I mentioned in my previous posts.  I am FIGHTING back now against this BS that goes on with people that will not step up to the spiritual plate.

You do not need to respond to me.  I don't want to hear from you anymore.  It is obvious to me you are a nut job.  I do not belong to any chat rooms.  I have NEVER been in a chat room in my entire life.  I do not know a DeeDee or any organazations you are referring to.  I found you on myspace.  You were on Joelle (Enlightened Spiritual Solutions) friends list and that is how I stumbled across you. 

Being pretty naive to getting readings I assumed I would pay up front and you would provide the services you were paid for.  I learned my lesson and have not paid ANYONE in advance since then.  I tried to be understanding.  I emailed you several times and you did reply on a couple of occassions.  I guess you have scammed so many people that you can't remember me. 

Being that I have only used paypal a handful of times I did not know I could go through them for a refund or I would have done that and avoided talking to you all together.  It was just my hope that you would correct the wrong you did, but it is obvious to me that you have no intentions on doing that.  I even emailed you the receipt that you asked for a couple of days ago.  Did you get that?  Of course you did, but I suppose that is fake too, right?

I am done.  I gave you the chance to correct your mistake, but you just keep trying to put it off on me.  First you said you actually did give me my reading on January 6th, which you didn't and now I am just part of some group out to ruin you.  Which is it?  Did you give me my reading or not? 

You are the first person I have ever filed a complaint on and I hated doing it, but was hoping you would do the right thing.  It's obvious you won't so again you can live with your actions.  You have said you only have to answer to God and that is true.  I hope He speaks to your heart and shows you the error of your ways.

I don't know who you people are or why you are involving yourselves in my business.  I have never heard of a DeeDee and do not know who you freaks are.  I was scammed (ROBBED) by Annie Rush!  All I know is I stumbled across her myspace one day and thought she looked ligitimate so I requeted a reading.  If you must know she was on the website of a psychic that I know very well and was listed on her top friends so I thought it Joelle trusted her I could too.  So I contacted her.  She asked me to pay $75.00 in advance which I did and then when I emailed her about scheduling my appointment she ignored me.  After a month of emails she FINALLY responded that my emails had been sitting in her spam.  She apologized and asked me did I want to do my reading the following day and I said that was fine.  I NEVER heard from her.  So I sent ANOTHER email requesting a refund.  Again it went unanswered for weeks and she finally responded that AGAIN my emails had gone to her spam.  How convenient!  So I asked for a refund.  She said she would be doing her books that weekend and would send me my money back.  She never did and when I tried to reach her again her emails were sent back undeliverable and her myspace and Whisper of Angels website had been taken down.

I am not affiliated with anyone.  I don't know who y'all are confusing me with someone else because I do not know any DeeDee or anyone else you are mentioning. 

I googled Annie's name many times over the next few months and NOTHING came up until one day when this ripoff report popped up so I figured the least I could do was file a report.

Believe me, if I knew of another way or could actually sue her I would!  She can NOT produce proof of every speaking with me because she DIDN'T but I CAN produce proof that I paid her!

She is a LIAR and a THIEF!  I learned my lesson the hard way and now she has to live with her actions.  I tried to be nice about it and asked several times very nicely for a refund.  I am not a vengful or mean person, but I am not going to sit back and say nothing while someone scams people the way that she does.  I am apparently not the only person this happened to being that others have filed a complaint as well. 

Give me a break about faking the emails.  I have better things to do with my time.  That email came from her personally and I really don't care what y'all think about it.  I just hope in your quest to support her she doesn't end up taking your money and dissapearing on you one day as well.

Yessss I was sent this stupid accusation about annie.  First off none of this is true.  It is a game that this Alexis and DD do on this chat program called Chatango.  They are bored housewives that have nothing better to do than snack on twinkies and write horrible things about each other.  They claim to be so into the Caylee Anthony Case but yet they are vile and disgusting how they treat others.

DD is the one that started this thread I believe.  Back in late November an email circulated about Annie being on Dreamcatchers for Abused children board.  DD wrote Dreamcatchers themselves and complained.  This would have been her second attempt.  I am not holding back on this sh** and am disclosing all.  Here is the email sent to DreamCatchers from "DD" We all got it after Annie received it from DreamCatchers and forwarded it to all her clients and people on her networking of Borrowed Angels.  That is annies child abuse and domestic violence myspace sites.

Well the email you put up there the contactwhispers one, well that is still active.  You messed up on that one.  So why was it soooooo hard to find Annie?  It wasnt you are a liar.  And who the F comes on here a year and half later and does this?  I know I know, someone that was told to by DeeDee and her group on chatango.  Oh boy!!!  The truth comes out!!

I will vouch for Annie for her professionallism.  I HAVE HAD READINGS FROM ANNIE ALEXIS.  She NEVER ripped me off.  Never not communicated with me and is d**n good and what she does.  Things came up on both our ends and it was understood to re schedule.  No biggie.  I had no problems communicating with her.  NONE.  Annie gave me her d**n cell number!!  I am able to call her and schedule an appointment up to 11 pm.  So your words here are BULLSH**  Why are you doing this or is it really you?  I think not. 

And if you wanted a refund so badly ALEXIS why didn't you just do it through Paypal?  Paypal is really good about that.  YOU have made yourself look like such a fool by posting what you have.  That you could not find ANNIE after Jan 2008? Ha!!!  Lets see her email is still active, google is common sense.  She has a child abuse and domestic violence sites with contact info on it.  Ummmm she is on Keen.  Ummm just ask your friend Bekki.  Ummm she is on Yahoo. You had sent me an email just yesterday stating you wanted a refund from the date of January 2008.  I will not get into a she said she said altercation with you. Then my friend alerted me to this site. 

I know which group you are from.  The same group that started this all in the chatango chats.  It is total immaturity that you are stooping to such a level to keep this charade going.  But if this is what you need to do by all means please do so.

I know when you ordered the service and when the service took place.  You are correct that it was postponed due to a family emergency.  Just as one of your "chat friends" wrote in another posting here on this site, that it was a lie that my Mother was in a car accident.  What is wrong with you people?  My family, friends and those close to me know exactly what transpired with my Mother.  I need not explain it further with regard to my family on a site like this. 

You group of self absorbed women are nothing but cruel individuals.  While I was in your chat SHORTLY due to the Caylee Marie Anthony case.  (the missing toddler from Florida found dead) I could not believe the way you all conducted yourselves.  With your foul mouths and ruthless attack on others.  All in a chat room!  My God do you not all have lives or a soul?!  I had not visited chat rooms prior to that and found this particular chat through Myspace.  Much to MY amazement I was quite shocked. As far as my web sites and "name changing" that is false.  My name has always been Annie Rush.  That has NEVER changed.  And I do not operate under different business names.  I have had the SAME Verified Business PayPal account since 2006. 

And so I may note this NOW on this post, there has not been any other complaints filed against me but the ones your group has done beginning in 2007 that are FALSE.  Just as someone else wrote on another, that anyone can come on ripoff and write as they please with no moderation or censorship.  As it was noted, businesses such as Walmart, Best Buy, Cellular companies are on here.  Anyone that wants to cause trouble has free reign on this site.  I have seen Pastors and Churches on here, have seen well known Doctors and Hospitals on here.  And like another poster mentioned the President of the United States is on here.  So no I am not affected by your lies or comments.  I use to be cause I could not believe people were so down right mean but I have discovered differently.  And now I am speaking out.

As far as how my business is going... it is doing well, thank you.  I am fulfilling what I am suppose to be doing.  There is no ill intent ever conducted.  Services that are paid for are conducted.  Period.  I discovered how others work and have found out the hard way how others act and do what you are doing to get money refunded.  People do it even in retail.  They want it all for free. 

Well if you go to any site that offers services such as I do, you will see that, yes money is required prior to services being rendered.  You have to pay for an item at a store before you take it home do you not?  Do you expect us Consultants to just say Hey lets give them a session and "hope" they pay us afterward?  No.

First of all, I just posted this because I did not know that things like this were available.  I was googling your name one day trying to find you and guess what popped up?  That's right!  A rip-off report where you had done this to someone else. 

You're right, you do have to live with yourself.  I tried to give you a chance to correct your mistake, but all you did was lie which has infuriated me.  I am not a liar and I do not appreciate you not only STEALING my money, but then having the nerve to say you had a session with me when you did not.

It is obvious to me now that you will not be refunding my money, but now I will certainly be putting the word out about you since you ask for money ahead of time and then do not provided those services!

I received your email today requesting a refund from January 2008 for $75.00.  First off the email that you have supplied above, has been altered.  I went back on all my correspondence, and there is no such email stating "I will do my "books" this weekend and send you a refund."  In fact, I have in my records that our actual session TOOK place via the phone on January 6, 2008. 

My company Simply Divineful has been in existence since 2006 on the Internet.  You met me through MySpace where I still to this day have an advocacy awareness page for child abuse and domestic violence.  Google my name and it shows.  So to say that you "finally" found me is not erroneous.  I have not been 'in hiding' and I am also available via Keen which comes up also on the google search engine.   I am also on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, and all the networking sites.  I am also on BlogTalk Radio. Not to also mention, my photo is attached.   I do not appreciate you coming on here and stating you 1) did not receive the services you paid for 2) state that you could NEVER find me afterward.  That is an outright lie. 

The only thing I will agree on was when the appointment was made, it had to be put off a couple of days due to a family emergency.  Thereafter, our session took place. 

I put into place the link and article on my web site to let others know what transpired with a certain individual and the multiple names she came up with.  Not to mention I have proof of such and that she also had a friend write for her also.  That friend came forward. 

I use to sit back and let this all slide and not say a word.  I figured why fuel the fire?  But I am not about to do this any longer.  I take great pride and humility in what I do and the people I serve.  I have an awesome client base that I feel very blessed to have.  And their return to receive consultations with me time after time shows that I am doing what I have been called to do.  That is to help others.  To be the messenger and deliverer for their highest good.  

I no longer will sit idly by and be slandered.  I am sure by writing this my "stalker" will come out of her cave and attack.  Let it be.  I know who I am and what I am doing.  And the only person I am accountable to is God.  Not you nor anyone else.  I walk the path He has set before me and I walk it with honor.

Her explination on her website does not explain why she has done this more than once.  She only discussing one incident with a woman on Keen in 2004.  She doesn't explain why she took my $75.00, never contacted me and never refunded my money.

The below email is the last correspondance I had with her.  The next time I checked the website was down and the phone number was disconnected.  I have not been able to locate her until today when you gave me her new email address which I have just sent ANOTHER email to so thank you!  If she doesn't respond I will know she is definitely ignoring me and has no plans to refund my money for services she never provided.

I thought this was fantastic what Annie has created.  She has been allegeded to have done these things.  So she posted a link on her OWN website to Ripoffreport explaining why this even began.  HA!  When I went to her site I saw a link on the side to rip off and read the article.  I was like Yay THERE YA GO! 

I have been receiving readings from Annie for 2 years.  Never not once, have I ran into any problems with her.  She is kind and generous and is not out for the mighty buck.  She has always made sure before we hung up the phone that the messages delivered were understood and if that took longer than what I paid for, so be it.  She did not care.  I go to Annie for many of my concerns and I trust her guidance 100%

As far as any remarks to Keen, well look at Keen.  Keen is now full of people that just go on there to make money.  Not gifted.  No abilities and scam people.  I do not blame Annie for raising her prices on Keen for that very reason.  She is the real deal!  And she is smart.  Cause once they see the high rate on Keen, anyone smart would just put annierush.com into the browser and waaa laaa you have her private site where the prices are much cheaper.  No dumb cookie here folks!

So to the one and I say ONE person that continually tries to make trouble for Annie go ahead.  She has many to back her up in a positive way.  You are getting no where and accomplishing nothing!
