Complaint Review: ANNIECLOTH

ANNIECLOTH Ordered 4 dresses on line in early September. Mid October two of the dresses arrived. Both were too small, and the quality of the fabric is poor.

After the dresses arrived I emailed the company that I wanted to return the dresses for refund. . This company is in China, so there is no address for returns in the United States. They state they will refund or exchange merchandise on their website and accompanying paperwork.

However, they will only refund 15% of the cost of items, and they report that the postage for return to China would be expensive and is the responsibility of the customer.   When you order from this company there is no mention that they are in China and will only refund 15%. 

 I still have not received the remaining 2 dresses, as 4 were originally purchased.    This is a very dishonest company.  I recommend to avoid doing business with these people.
