Robbie of Nationwide Annuity Leads claims that he is not a scam, just a guy who may have incidently set a few bad annuity appointments. He claims (my?) attitude is bad?
Okay, first ,Robbie why are there at least 6 other complaints from all over the U.S. who have had similar experience and been ripped off? Lord knows the numbers that haven't found this site yet. Oh I get it we are all wrong and you are right.
Next you did not fullfill what you told me would happen. When threatened with legal action ,calling my cell phone at 7 p.m. at night trying to give me a lead isn't acceptable. You tell me you have no fax, and you can't utilize email to send appointments to us(if you ever set them).
The few(very few) you did call with over the months went something like this. "Robbie...I talked to the wife. But your agent needs to call before he goes out as she needs to run it by her husband."
Lastly, we write a tremendous volume of annuities nationally, our CEO was awarded CEP of the Year nationally for 2004. We know very much how a preset system is supposed to work.
Yes Robbie I've told you numerous times to refund our money. You claim in your rebuttal you will do that? Where's it at?
For those other wholesalers,agents, and brokers, interested. Nationwide Annuity AKA Robbie Goldsmith has been reported to the California Attorney General. We will be pursuing charges via post office for interstate fraud if you would like to have case nombers please contact me.

Just like any business.
Some leads are good and some are bad. This doesnt emply someone is a scam artist.
When trying to move forward and provide new leads to gary, the last time he replied he was too busy to talk and was on his way into a city councilmans meeting and he hung up the phone on me.
I would be happy to negotiate a refund to Gary. If he did NOT take such a nasty dishonest approach here. I would still be willing to offer a refund.
Anyone that is remotely interested in using my service.
I will be happy to furnish referrences of agents that have actually made sales and on the other hand, have received a refund.
This guy is completely out of line and has no merit to support his claim.
