annuitysalesnetwork.com annuitymarketingcenter.net Elaborate con game Austin Texas
Do some basic research and you'll quickly find there a multiple guys in on this scam. All names listed below were names we were given over the phone at one time or another but some may certainly be fake. Originally had 2 websites which were identical except for the addresses:
www.annuitysalesnetwork.com @ 2028 E Ben White Blvd suite 240, Austin, TX. 78741 877-388-5887 (although this address is for a company called Scan Mailboxes Solutions, LLC which is just a virtual mailbox company.
www.annuitymarketingcenter.net @ 500 Westover Drive 4715 Sanford, NC. 27330 919-935-5489
Google maps shows this as a residence and this phone is answered by somebody who called himself Harvey Morris
Magically this website has now disappeared?
Matthew Faracho - salesman
Lawrence Buzin - supposed principal of company, per Matthew.
Harvey Morris - answered for Annuity Marketing Center at 919-935-5489
Bob Mitchell - LinkedIn, answered 877-279-9922 number
James Jones - LinkedIn
Barry Shapiro - LinkedIn
Bob Tretiak - reference provided by Matthew
Steve Barish/Steve Payne
Could go on and on forever but the scam fell apart when Matthew gave me a 'reference' for Steve Barish at 714-929-6080.
Shortly thereafter Bob Mitchell (unbeknowst to Matthew) gave me a 'reference' for Steve Payne at 714-929-6080.
So which is it, Steve Barish or Steve Payne, you get the idea!!! Pretty elaborate to push it to this extent.
Red Flag #10 they don't accept credit cards.

Plain and simple, these con men have been exposed and now they are on the attack. They have now posted a bogus report about me personally on this site, and I have received a call from someone calling himself 'Al Davis' threatening lawsuits, etc. etc. He said he was in Dallas so I invited him to meet with me in person in my office. His reply... he didn't have the time. Told him I would gladly remove my report if we met and he could prove I was wrong. He declined and never showed.
Call me anytime and I'll be happy to discuss my experience with this group. If you have also been ripped off, or are thinking about sending them money, please feel free to give me a call. Luckily I was smart enough not to send them any money when red flags started to appear. I posted my report as a civic duty to protect others. I have since been called by numerous others who actually have been ripped off and I can put you in touch with them to also confirm this report is accurate.
It also seems both their annuitysalesnetwork.com & annuitymarketingcenter.net websites have now disappeared....surprise, surprise.

BOGUS REPORT
#3REBUTTAL Owner of company
Wed, December 10, 2014
This is a bogus attempt to sabotage our good name by Bryan Crosby (817-581-8878 x203), that never used our services. He failed to give us his identity on this site, because he knows its a bogus report, that he's liable for. Bryan never spent any money with our company, he was not ripped off, instead he was obnoxious to one of our sales men and became antagonistic and threatening and wanted a free trial with our appointments, which we refused to give him. Our company works with REAL insurance and financial professionals with integrity. We're a legitimate company and can substantiate it with many satisfied customers. We only have one complaint from someone that didn't use our service.
