The anoka county courts do not reqiure genuine signatures for their court cases. The judges give out judgements just because they randomly feel like it. They do not require you to be notified that their is a case against you. Once you find out you've got a judgement against you it will cost you tens of thousands of dollars just to try to get it back to court to clear your record. Anoka county does not like to reverse judgements.

I was in a default judgement case that I never found out about untill three months after they issued the judgement when I got a letter that I had a deault judgement. The company got their public noteries to sign off alledging that they had delivered all the required court documents, it is not the courts job to make sure that they actually did this. They also photocopied my signature on a contract that they used to sue me. They use exhibits in courts that are copies of alledged origionals it also is not the courts job to see origionals with the real signature, they assume that they really do have it.

If you live in anoka county do not sign anything, anybody that has your signature in anoka county can sue you at any time for any reason just because the feel like it and you will not find out about it till it's to late and you find yourself in a legal nightmare.

It is also not a crime in anoka county to forge others signatures in anoka county if the judges ruling goes throgh before you find out about it or have done business with the person forging your signature. After you discover the dishonesty it is still very unlikely that they will be charge them with forgery even if you prove that it is forgery.

Stay out of Anoka County and don't do business in Anoka County to save yourself from an impending legal disaster.

The courts only go by what is presented to them, because it is presented as the truth. The Courts role is to look at the evidence provided, not do independent research. If someone is determined to do as you are claiming, it does not really matter where it happens.

If you have a person forging documents the original fault lies with the person or company that is doing this, not the courts. These other people is who your report should be on. If you have someone forging documents that is a crime and once discovered they can be prosecuted for it, you can also sue them for any damage they caused.

You didn't give any information on the case or the company involved. You also didn't say what steps you have already taken. So if you have not done the following these are things you need to check.

First get all of the information on the original suit. You are particuarly interested in the Proof of Service. If you can give a reasonable case to the courts that this was invalid you can have the judgment vacated. This would be things such as it was served at an address you do not live at(or have not lived at for years), this is known as "sewer service". If they list the description of the person that does not match you or anyone you know. They served you at a time and place you could not have been at. Admitedly this can be tough especially if your State allows service by first class mail(if they claim it was to the correct address) or by posting a notice in the local newspaper.

If you get this far and can prove the contract is forged. Such as the copy of the "original" they have does not match the copy of the "original" you have. You would also have to bring up any evidence you have as to why their claims are false.
