Anony VPN Anony VPN Fails to Provide for Paid Service Internet
I signed up for Anony VPN service in July of 2015. Initially I went month to month to make sure the service provided what I was looking for, which it did. In August of 2015 I changed my plan to an annual plan primarily because going month to month meant losing hours of service time because the service was terminated on day 30 and you have to basically set up a new account each month.
After paying for the annual subscription, my account was unable to connect on the 30th day of the first month. I had to contact them by their web page (the only way to contact them) to unlock my acccount so I could use it again, which they did in about 4 hours. The second month, exactly the same thing, account locked and I had to ask to get the service running again. This time though, my service has not been restored and I've contacted them 3 times in an effort to restablish my service. That was 8 days ago, and still no service.
They realize they are anonymous, hence the VPN service, but hopefully shedding light on their little scehme will cost them business and protect others who may be thinking of using their services.

Service restored

Well it took a PayPal dispute to get their attention but they finally restored my service. They said the 10 day delay was due to server upgrades, but honestly, that shouldn't stop them from taking the 2 minutes to respond to my multiple emails asking for my service to be restored. Customer satisfaction wasn't a priority.
Unfortunately I had to spend an additional $35 to get another VPN service since I didn't have service for over 10 days and wasn't sure they would do anything. So it became a much more expensive service than I had bargained for.
