another capital credit ripoff in the mail ..this is fraud
i applied for a credit card from capital credit for 39.99 and in turn i was to receive my credit card within 2-3 weeks and this was in June 2000 it is now november 2000, i received a priority notice on 7/20/00 stating my card was on the way and still has not came I inturn wrote a letter to mr donald franklin the gold card approval department and still no response so anyone who receives a application form capital credit in the mail do not respond they are a ripoff and they tell you to call this number 714 881 7777 but all you get is a recording. There should be something to be done to these fraud taking people for ripping people off their money i want my money back.
