In Dec. of 2001 I received a blue card from Titanium Blue. About Dec. 29, 2001 i ordered the Package. I was told I would receive a free computer, satellite dish, vacation package, and a credit card. The cost of 239.00 was to be payed by electronic check transfer. I authorized the transfer.

The next day I had second thoughts and called to cancel the order. I was told to call customer service at 1-800-314-2890. I called the new number and was tol to call the next day. I was given the run around for three days and then on Jan.4, 2002 I was told that my funds had been transfered.I asked the gal to cancel the order and credit my account. She said, she could not do that. She said I would receive my package in about 20 days. It has been 35 days and I have received nothing.

I contacted the post office and was told that there is a mail fraud report that can be filled out on their site by going to usps and clicking postal inspector. They say the more complaints they receive about a certain company may help them.

App. 6-25-02 I received word that the owners of titanium blue and some of the associates have been arrested on federal fraud violations. The US postal inspection service may be helpful in answering some questions for those that have been scammed. ken

I have the same problem with Titanium Blue although they did just send me a new letter which said:

"Dear Titanium Blue Member, We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you, as the "customer service" telephone number for Titanium Blue stated in the "Welcome Letter" contained in your fulfillment package is incorrect. If you have not received your fulfillment package to date, it should be delivered to you in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

The correct number is...1-954-938-8316.

Thank You, Membership Services"

There's also a new address on the postcard which is:

Benefits
P.O. Box 953
Bel Air, MD 21117

I hope I've helped some people, alert me if you receive anything new, Thanx.
