Complaint Review: Another Universe.com

On October 29, 2002, I ordered MY SO-CALLED LIFE - DVD LUNCHBOX EDITION online at http://www.anotheruniverse.com

They charged my credit card but have never sent the item.

I have tried calling them -- many of their phone numbers are no longer in order.

I did post a message on their website and also on the one phone number they have that worked.

I really just want the items though it would be nice if I had some sort of discount or refund for the $127 I paid six months ago.
