After ordering this off the TV ads in September, I have continued to get videos and be billed monthly. I tried to call the company to cancel the subscription, as prescribed in the contract terms. However, the number is either constantly busy, or no one ever answers the phone, and there's no voice mail there. I sent a letter to cancel in october, and still I get the videos. Here's what you must do: go to your bank or credit card company, ask for an "affadavit of unauthorized/improper debit activity." You will be able to swear that you did authorize one charge, and have since removed that authorization. Good luck.
