Complaint Review: Another Wild Hair Saloon

I went to this Saloon for Brazilian blowout. I paid almost $200. Hair stylist told me that you hair will be shiney and smooth for 12 weeks. But after the first hair wash which was just 4 days after the treatment which they provided me, My hair were very rough and frizzy. It was never been smooth and shiny. Unfortunately I was out of country for 4 weeks and unable to contact them. When I came back, I contacted the receptionist and she said my manager will call you back. But I never received any call back or any solution to my hair. I feel like they are cheaters. They forgot that they can cheat a person one time. I recommend all my friends and colleagues not to go to these scammers. I will try to file a complaint to Cosmetic department of Nevada against them.
