Another WorldCom Wireless Rip Off

I received a phone call from a man from WorldCom Wireless with a great offer for a new cell phone service and 2 free phones. Of course I signed up.

When I received the phones, I realized they were junk and the offer was not as good as he explained so I immediately called Customer Service to cancel. It took me 3 days before I could ever get through to a person. I was on hold for 57 minutes and then put back on hold for 11 more minutes trying to cancel the service.

I returned the phones and thought everthing was ok but I just received 2 bills today. One is for $13.49 and the other is for $211.20. I immediately called Customer Service, of course was on hold for 25 minutes and when a man finally answered, he said "the system is down so please call back in one hour". I tried back and was on hold for 48 minutes before I finally had to hang up.

I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. Their so called Customer Service needs some major improvements.
