Excellent doctors and overall high caliber of treatment for patients. However, the staff are substandard and unprofessionally unethical and dishonest. The manager, Meghann Hayley, who often is out of office is either at Yoga or at a local bar during business hours not lunch hours, drinking with her assistant Taylor Bahde.  Claiming "we are salary and can come and go as we please...", the owner of the company, Mark Frank, is completely oblivious to the activities that occur in this office.

The management is also extremely rude to patients, co-workers, and the doctors themselves in addition to unethical business practices and such regarding the forceful termination of a recent employee with full predudice. Meghann has been recently summoned to the Industrial Claim Appeals Office to face questioning as to the termination and denial of unemployment for a recent employee who of no fault of her own lost her daycare situation and couldn't report to work.

Meghann received news of the employee's situation before a scheduled return to work date was established.  Meghann informed the employee that "she would get back to her".  The employee was ignored until fired the next day, was lied to regarding warnings of termination, claimed the office couldn't operate shorthanded, and claimed the employee was terminated for not returning to work when additional complaints of performance were cited.

None of the above warnings or complaints about performance are documented anywhere.

Meghann falsified testimony, lied to the appeals board, misrepresented factual evidence and other violations. There are pending charges of discrimination and misconduct to be filed directly against Meghann Hayley that will be heard by the EEOC regarding Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. L. 88-352) (Title VII).

Anova Cancer Care will be cited for the above and will be held responsible for the actions of the personell employed there.

I will update this entry as more information is available via legal proceedings.
