Extremly Unprofessional

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, June 23, 2011

I just wanted to put it out that this vendor became a loose cannon. This behavior started  when ANP had to implement a more strict set of guidelines for our vendors to follow and she just could not or would not accept the changes. The emails that she sent were extremely unprofessional and if I was going to be her future employer I would be very leery of hiring her after reading these emails.. I have copied 2 of them. see below... I  removed some of the explicit language that she used.

The pay that she is claiming she has not received has been mailed (April) or will be mailed(May) according to the terms of her contract.. It has always been the same pay schedule for the last 8 or 9 years...

In other words, in case you didn't get it from the previous message, Kxxx, not everyone has your perfect life.  Not everyone can wake up at a certain time and know that it's all going to be done at eight in the morning and no one is going to wonder, oh, fxxk, did I close everything off this morning or is there going to be a cop off at my job to talk to me this morning?

Kxxx, you need to lay the fxxk off on you Queen Bee routine.  I am independent and I love being independent and I am more than happy to take work from ANP that needs my skills for times to come.  But I can do without the extra layer of bother after the work is assigned, if you get my drift.  Linda likes me.  I always submit quality work.
Larry likes me.  I submit quality work.

Kxxx, I'm not trying to be a complete and total axxhat bxxch here.  But I'm the age of your fxxking grandmother and I'm saying part of X, Y, and Z is to understand I'm a contractor, not a fxxking employee.

>
> Your unreasonableness has nothing to do with the "facts of your case."
>
> It has to do with your automatic assumption that I didn't do everything in my power to meet my deadline in good faith and your  argument that I am automatically at fault for any lapse in the seconds that are past the automatic deadline that you have set.
>
> When I let you know that I might not meet the deadline, your first response was to accuse me of something -- i.e., why didn't you meet the deadline, how dare you not meet the deadline, what possible excuse could you come up with to possibly explain why the deadline was not met.
>
> When I had a plausible explanation, you immediately went into attack mode about well, that's no excuse, you're still liable, how dare you.
>
> I've been doing this for a long time.  I know when I can and can't and  don't and need to explain and know when IT'S NOT MY FAULT.
>
> I am good at this work.  I try always, always, always, all-fxxk-ways  to stay in touch with my clients and keep them abreast if I run into  problems.
>
> Kxxx, you jumped down my throat without asking me or giving me the  benefit of the doubt.
>
> You know this.
