Is currently being sued for eviction for NOT paying rent. She rented my rental home and bounced her initial deposit and 1st months rent and refuses to pay rent! We are in full eviction process and I warn anyone reading this NOT to rent to this scam artist. She is a liar and is stealing rent from me everyday until I can get her evicted. She has also not paid her utility bills and will have her ulities shut off shortly.
