On or Around December 12, 2017 I ordered hair from Anruina Hair Store on AliExpress. I received hair and installed hair. It was a curly pattern hair . By the time a week pasted and I wanted to wet it to maintain curl . This alleged human hair balled up into a matted mess. Human hair does not do this . This hair matted up like animal hair. This was not human hair. I put in a claim with AliExpress and merchant Elena Zheng started harassing me to withdraw claim on my private phone number not through Ali portal. I asked her to stop . These people know that this product is not authentic human hair. Another person that left a review even stated the same thing . A ripoff now they do not want to give me refund. It does not matter I have money and make money . I just want people to know about this horrible product. Do not buy from these people.
