I ordered a bunch of paintball gear from them. It seemed like a great site with awesome prices. Half of the things I ordered weren't in stock. I wasn't aware of this until 2 days after placing my order. I talked with someone via their live chat customer service to try and resolve things and it was very frustrating and they were extremely rude. They told me mistakes happen and to just cancel my order or pick something else. This was their fault and they should have done something to fix the situation. I asked for comparable items for the same price as the original things ordered and they logged off the chat. Their "solution" was to just cancel what I ordered or to try and order something else from them that would cost more. I'm not the one who made these mistakes so they should own up to their mistakes and do something that's fair. Very rude customer service and their website inventory isn't updated even when it appears that it's available...there's a good chance it's not. BUYER BEWARE!!!
