The advertisement for this company should clearly indicate where there company is located.   They are not located anywhere except in Idaho. They state that they are " Answering Specialists", but I have found them to be everything BUT "Specialists". When asked where they are located, I've been told they have business' established in every state. This is not true! But while researching the internet have found they have moved the business from one state to another.  Why can't the business be honest, what is Mr Harlan hiding from?  As I have found out they run this business with limited staffing, and with continuous system problems.  Management  fails  to return calls when you need your questions answered. My appointment scheduling service with the ASI company has not functioned correctly  since onset. This was putting a lot of pressure on my business to explain to my customers-why they haven't been handled properly, and therefore losing paid clients. This is not acceptable.  Owner " Tim Harlan " has put off calling me back when I have asked to speak with him about my services. I gave up waiting and trying to get a response, he was just to busy to return my calls.  The operators overall seem pleasant, but rushed,  and are terribly  under-trained, and upon doing test calls find that I get a different answers  about my questions from Supervisors each and every time I have called. They just can't get on the same page. I feel the dishonestly and deception that started in the beginning of our business relationship  set me up for failure in the beginning. If they can't handle my business then why the heck are they advertising to be one of the best companies to provide phone services. They appear to be  "Non-Specialists". I would not recommend this company to any business that seeks a professional call center to manage their business calls. REALLY- they should close the business and try something else like farming potatoes. Hey get out of the customer service business you'd be doing everyone a favor. People don't like to be Ripped off, just read all the other comments posted if you need to know more.
