First call- We've seen this problem before, don't worry. from salesman. Similar response from first technician. After six calls told they can't do anything its my hard drive. Tried with two other hard drives on hand- Again they were wrong.

Customer service refused any refund. I'm left with a wiped out hard drive (one of their non-fixes)  and out $199.99
