Grace (aka "Grace Carrington" "Answers With Grace" "Annie Spirit" "Heather's Healing Light" and "Ask Lillian" on Keen.com) is a FRAUD in every sense of the word.

She keeps changing her name on Keen so that avoid detection, but she is the same fraud up to the same tricks that even when reported to Keen's customer service people go unchanged.  It appears therefore that Keen/Ingenio endorses this type of thing and perhaps encourages it.

I originally called "Grace" a while back when I had gone through a terrible loss of a loved one. She (went by the name "Grace Carrington" at the time) was rude and abusive, insulted me and then asked me to provide her with my credit card number. That's when I knew she was a scammer, since Keen.com is supposedly an intermediary designed to protect everyone's information and even identity.

Fast forward to present time, I called her quite by accident because she had changed her profile name so I did not recognize her at first.  It took me a few minutes to realize I was talking to the same person as before and quickly got off the phone, but not before letting her have it.  She asked me for my credit card and private contact information all over again, same as before, only with even more of a sense of entitlement.  She acted as if I couldn't get any assistance from her unless I provided this information, that it was normal and proper for her to request this information. When I recited the website policy against it, she tried to say I was stupid and couldn't read properly.

I did an image search on her profile face pic and noticed it belongs to a fairly well-known author who writes on unrelated subjects. I have sent that individual a warning about this so she can also do something to stop this unspeakable fraud who goes by the name "Grace" and "Answers with Grace" and "Annie Spirit" at present. This could always change. But it's the same stuff all over again.

Why does this company, Keen.com, allow such fraud?  I have called them to report this and the customer service rep as much as said that she was a "friend" of "Grace" and that "Grace wouldn't do such a thing, I must be mistaken".  I'm not.  Neither are the others who have reported this.

I have been ripped of by this keen.com psychic and after she gets a lot of bad feedback's on keen.com she changes her name, before you buy a psychic reading on keen.com website read their psychic reading reviews first.

If keen.com psychics have more good reviews then bad reviews or all good reviews then keen.com psychic is worth using, but however if keen.com psychic has all bad reviews or no reviews at all best to go else where for a good psychic reading.

I had found information about keen.com website as well as other psychic reading websites from psychic readings line.

Psychic Readings Line is a psychic reading website that reviews other websites and the best part is all of the reviews from psychic readings line is free.

if you would like to take a look at free reviews from real gifted psychics then just go to http://www.psychicreadingsline.com/
