Hello i am a representitive for a campground in alberta.
Our company decided to supply internet to our customers for a modest fee, i sugested to the staff that we required some type of softwere to limit bandwith quota and time to avoide abusses of the service.
Antamedea was the choice, we perchased the software for $349.00 USD on March 04/2015
All efforts to make this softwere work faild untill June 28/2017 when i actualy got in contact by phone with antamedea sails thay upgraded us to a newer vertion and the softwear came to life, we installed the licence on this day.
the softwear worked for some time with many discrepancies like having to reboot computer on to many ocations, having the internet oppen to all without restrictions, customer devices not able to obtain new leeses.
On May 30/2017 our gatway computer had a hardwear crash and we required to transfer the softwear to anouther computer.
This cost us an aditionl fee of $208.00USD and very dificult time to setup and make work again
This date today i still do not have a working Antamedea softwear sept 05/2017
I will not continue with my report at this time for there is to much information to type out hear, i will be posting all the corispondence on a softwere review sight if you wish more details.

At the time of posting this report Antamedea provided an upgrade from the standard vertion to the preamium vertion, in lew of the premium service contract perchased several months ago, for the past 2 weeks all is working quite well with only minor discrepancies.
At long last we have a working softwere, Coodose and thank you antamedea staff for all your assistance in resolving these issues.
With HOPE Antamedea staff has no resentments againsed my filing a report for it was a long and arguouse 2 years to get a servicable HotSpot softwere opperational.
Thank you Editer for your insights in not willing to remove this or any other reports on your sight, I understand and am thankfull for your sight to be avalible for the perpose of a good and fair world-wide trading.
