Antares Corporation Natural Choice Antares vending machine, I was told I have a support system to handle problems and repairs. Soda machine quit cooling pop. phone calls connect to non-working numbers. There is no support system or Culver City, California
I bought 3 Antares vending machines and was told I would have a support system to help in case of problems with said machines. One machine has been in storage for 2 years and I got an account to place Antares combo machine. Upon plugging the soda part in to get pop area cold, it would not cool for use. I have tried calling different numbers to get some kind of help, but all the numbers given are non-working numbers. I don't want to lose this customer, due to complications, but it looks like I can't find who to contact for service repairs. Please help me get a contact number or I will (but relctantly) join) the class action against Antares. If you have a contact number for this, please let me know.
