Antelope Valley Chevy committed perjury

Filed a report with BAR in California, BAR went and interviewed AV CHEVY and they committed perjury. They told the offficer they did not run a credit report to sell me a car. Have a current 2013 report that shows they ran a check. Right now my only recourse is to take them to Small Claims court, but we live in AZ. HELP!

That was either a misdiagnosis or an attempted rip-off. Either way, Antelope Valley Chevy should refund the $105.00.
Very good review. Good luck on that refund.
