antenna deals unable to get return information from dealer flint Texas
purchased an indoor antenna from antenna deals. when it did no more than the $10 one from walmart i contacted the company for instructions on returning the item. 24/7 is not what i got. first i emailed them and it took 3 days to hear back from them. the information said there was a 16 digit number on the box that had to accompany my return. no number on box no invoice in box. called the company no one available to answer phone no voice mail must contact through email. again i sent an email. it now has been 3 days and still not response. i have notified pay pal of the problem and i am going to return the product with my paypal account number included to antenna deals. before i do that i am going to take pictures of everything and request a signed return receipt because i do not trust them. do not order from this company.
