Stated that every year it picks 100 people randomly for a million dollars each(grant).After my response, was told that I was definitely going to receive the grant by special courier, but the cost of the courier will be in the neighborhood of $250, $290 or $350 depending on method and time of courier delivery. The first amount of money had to sent immediately for insurance
which was $150. Upon delivery, the postage was $100,$140 or $200 depening on how soon I wanted to receive it.
