Anthony Biagi and his brother Nick Biagi were arrested for possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop by police the end of June 2009. Apparently, they weren't watching the street signs and a cop surely was, so when the officer pulled them over he could smell POT. Well, I guess it wasn't long before these addicts would get caught, RIGHT!
You would think Anthony biagi the owner of Healthcare solutions which is funded by Stephens Matthews located in Apollo Beach Florida and his brother Nick biagi one of his agents would know better and be responsible enough not to use ILLEGAL DRUGS!
I'm sure Stephens Matthews will be notified of this and finally pursue an investigation and all the illegal activity that goes on in that office.
I had a policy with them and had cancelled it a long time ago after an agent named Rebecca failed to take my calls when I had questions and issues about my policy. I would not recommend her either as an agent. First of all she had sold me the policy over the internet. When I had asked her to come to my business so we could sit down and discuss what my needs where in insurance she declined and had told me that she sells all of her policies over the phone/internet. I was so stupid! Well, after finding out that once she sells you a policy that you are considered NOTHING more to her but a commission.
I kept calling and leaving messages with Anthony biagi and Rebecca for over one month and still I had heard nothing. I CANCELLED MY POLICY and swore I would never recommend those people, Healthcare Solutions, or Stephens Matthews again.
IF THIS IS HOW STEPHENS MATTHEWS ALLOWS THEIR AGENTS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS THROUGH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY AND ALSO BY ALLOWING ILLEGAL ACTIVITY TO GO ON; THEN WE DON'T NEED THESE FRAUDS OR CRIMINALS IN THIS WORLD.

How does a so called client know anything about an a drug bust?
How does he even know the name of Nick Biagi when he was not his agent? Rebecca was.
How does a client know about an affiliation with Stephens Matthews?
I'll tell you how, because this is a disgruntled ex employee (or something) that is too stupid to realize he's obviously lying by what he wrote.
A client would complain about the policy, a claim, getting ripped off, etc, he did not.
Why didn't he call the insurance company with questions about the policy? Like most do if they can't reach the agent.
Why did he cancel the policy? What was wrong with it?
He doesn't say because this is a total lie.
THE ONLY FRAUD IS JASON'S POST ON RIP OFF REPORT, WHERE ANYONE CAN POST ANYTHING ABOUT ANYONE.

I am Nicholas Biagi to start this off. This is hilarious to me because of this was written by an x employee who has mental issues, and is a raging alcoholic! When people cant live up to what they say they are the truth will eventually come out. We run one of the most profitable Health and Life insurance agencies in florida, and do not need to defend ourselves. I hope that anyone who reads this who is a client or will be in the future understands that everyone comes across losers who have nothing better to do with their time than to write fake statements about other people. If i was broke and unemployed i would probably have a chip on my shoulder as well! I see one of our satisfied clients has written something as well and that is a beautiful thing because it shows you the truth about who we are and what we do for our clients.

Hello,
I googled this company to make sure all checked out and this is the only negative comment on the entire internet. I purchased health insurance with this agency and got great service at a great price. Just because someone doesn't call you or meet you at your convenience for a product that is priced for the internet doesn't make them criminals. I bought in confidence and I am very pleased. Assurant health is my policy holder not these agents. Don't cry sour grapes and throw people under the bus just because you wanted someone to kiss your behind after the sale. Grow up!
