Complaint Review: Anthony Burrison

These people pray on your weaknesses. I had to move, so a coworker of mine introduced me to a Man who worked for the City of NY by day and had a Real Estate Business by night. The second time he showed me apartments he had Anthony Burrison with him, Burrison claimed to buy and sell Real Estate All week and promised me that if I brought in a credit report with 500 score or better and $5,000 dollars he could get me a house in 2 weeks. I brought in the money and the credit report the next day.

I was shown houses, that were nice, empty, for living and for income only. I saw two i liked and Burrison said that if i bought 2 one to live in and one for rental the rental could pay off both mortgages. I signed a contract and Mr Burrison said he needed $600 more. I gave it to him same day. A week before closing I drove past the residential house to find there were 3 families moved in over the weekend. I had a fit and wanted out of the deal.

I asked Mr. Burrison if he had anything else he introduced me via phone to a Broker for some other RE Office and I saw a beautiful house, they told me the truth about my credit and how high my Mortgage would be so I told Burrison I wanted my money back and that was June 26, I still have not received my money and he has given me a bad check that bounced and I owe my bank $2,000 dollars mainly bank fees. If I wasnt sane I would have killed this man already.....
