FACT- THIS ANTHONY TOPOLSKI IS A CROOK. HE FALSIFIED HIS CREDENTIALS AND SAID HE WAS AN HVAC AND PLUMBING CONTRACTOR. Robbed us of over $1400. We WILL be reporting him to the City of Wyoming and are filing a claim tomorrow with the court. He is NOT a contractor. He cons people to steal their money and by the looks of it from various sites, he drinks your money up and pays for immoral, grotesque services.
