Complaint Review: anthony godwin (guam)

I am a renter through his company TODAYS REALTY GUAM and have had running sewage in my yard 4 out of the 10 months ive been here. Snakes in my house due to windows without weather stripping, water damage throughout the house we just now found out about(they knew the whole time!), crumbling concrete, faulty AC unit that drove our bill up to $1200 in 1 month, and much more. I. Invited him to see it for himself......and he wasnt even man enough to apologize for the thousands of dollars ive had to pay out of pocket for things that arent my fault. Do not rent/ buy from todays realty guam.
