Anthony Landolfi, Esq I can't get my escrow money back from sale of home Mantua New Jersey
We sold our home in May 2005. Money was escrowed Landolfi wrote a letter to get money returned. The other parties involved pretty much stated that there was no reason to hold the money. I turned Landolfi in to the Ethics Committee. So far, I'm still waiting. The last I heard from Landolfi, he wanted 4500.00 to retrieve the money and in his mind it was not worth it. He made sure he got paid but never finished his work.
