Anthracite Leasing - Steve Feibus Lied Cheated Defrauded Misled & Stole Lighthouse Point, FL and South Jersey NJ & FL
Anthracite Leasing and Steve Feibus are and absolute scams. The guy stole ov$77k from me and is refusing to pay it back even after repeated reuqests. I have leased many vehicles over the year and hands down this is the worst person company to lease from.
Horendous customer service over the years and finaly when the lease was over he gave me one number for the buyout and another to the dealer. Resulting in a massive overpayment to him. After repeated requests he is yet to refudn the balance to me or the dealer. This has to be some kind of banking fraud. I will be contacting the attorney genral as well as the FBI and any other department that regulates leasing companies.
Anyone who is lookig to do business with him, think twice. This guy is as shady as they come. You will pay a big price especialy when your lease ends and you try to leave him.

I am making a full retraction of my claim and dissatisfaction with Anthracite Leasing.
Upon further investigation and pushing on my part, I found out that this situation was caused by the dealer I was involved with.
Steven Feibus produced all of the back up to me showing that the dealer was quoted the correct payoff amount and also quickly sent the title to my traded vehicle. In fact, I had every intention of leasing my new car from Anthracite Leasing but then the dealer intervened and insisted that they handle the financing aspect of the deal which further complicated this entire mess.
The dealers accounting department over paid the buyout to Anthracite and Steve eventually was able to get it resolved in my favor. All of the monies have been refunded back to the dealer in question and there is no pending issue open with Anthracite Leasing or Steven Feibus.
As a matter of fact my original post should not even have gone live as it was not ready to be posted. The website does not have a final review or submit button on the compliant page. The website has acknowledged my suggestion to add the "Review" button instead of just "continue" to avoid this whole situation from happening.
