Just a heads up to everyone here to keep an eye out for Anti Aging Center of Boca owned/run by Nina Presman. I had a family friend go here after seeing an ad in the paper and then on South Florida Daily... Nina and the business advertise that if you don't see results, you don't pay. She also claims it always works, that it's approved by the FDA, 100% effective, safe, and that she invented this proprietary procedure/technology. She calls it, "Alfa Lypolisis with HIFU" and promises immediate and permanent results. Needless to say the procedure didn't work at all, and she charged my friend thousands of dollars and refused to give a refund when reminded about her own "no results/no pay" policy.

I started doing some digging online and noticed there are several negative reviews on Yelp claiming she threatens to sue them for filling chargebacks or leaving negative reviews. Somehow she has 50K followers on IG though... *shrug* I looked at her before/after pictures though and many of them look edited to me, but I'm no expert. She also owns a few other businesses where she says she's a "medical intuitive" who can help people heal from an impressive list of ailments including, "all cancers", "genetic disorders", and even "poverty consciousness".

I know a little bit about med spas in Florida and checked with the DBPR and Florida Dept of Health - she doesn't even appear to be licensed! Not as a cosmetologist or medical practitioner. Her business doesn't appear to be licensed either. If I recall correctly, the Florida Board of Cosmetology updated their rules a few years ago and put ultrasound and HIFU treatments in the same category as injections - it's beyond the scope of a cosmetology license and requires a medical license.

Anyway, beware, warn your loved ones, especially seniors. From what I can tell, those seem to be a lot of her "patients" since she advertises she can fix their "crepey" arms and jowls.
