Complaint Review: Anti-Virus 360

I had a pop-up come up that told me that I have a malacious spyware virus on my computer that blocked me from using the internet. This soft ware was offered to take care of the virus. I purchased the software because I needed the internet at the time. But, before I did, I used Nortons anti-virus to scan for viruses. I re-booted twice, but I still could not get that thing off of my computer. So, I caved in and purchased the software because I needed the internet. Once purchased the virus was removed. But, I don't have not have any anti-virus 360 software on my computer. It is a fraud and a scam. I cancelled my credit card and the fraud depatment told me that if it still shows up, contact them and they will remove the charge. Everyone beware and share this with everyone. And, someone please tell me how to get rid of the block if this happens to me again.
