 On January 9, the clerks at Antiques on Whitney told me that Christmas items were 30% off. The next day, I went back to purchase a Santa Claus.  Even though item clearly had a tag on it, the clerk refused to sell it to me.

 The item was not on hold.  I did not yell.  The truffles were available for customers.

The item in question was on hold for another customer. The sales manager asked for a name and phone number in the event the original customer no longer wanted it. The women left the store abruptly then quickly returned yelling and pointing at the sales manager she was reporting us, took a Lindt truffle from the counter and stormed off.

Our sale’s manager is very nice, understanding and is treats everyone with respect. We have been in business for over 15 years and have always treated our cliental professionally and fairly. We apologize for any misunderstanding and realize everyone has a bad day every now and then.
