I ordered two memory cards for my camera from ANTonline. They shipped them separately even though they are very tiny which doesn't make sense to me anyway. The first package which contained the most expensive memory card (over$100.00) was suppose to have been delivered through UPS via the post office on August 8th. I never received this package. The second package took over a month to get to me because it went all over the East Coast and back again to several cities at least twice. When you look at the tracking on the package it is ridiculous!

I contacted the company about both packages. They acted confused as to why the second package went all over the place and relayed they had investigated the other package that I had not received. They said UPS verified that the post office delivered it. Of course, it was not. I called the post office and they were no help. If anyone got my package, it was not me. I have repeatedly emailed and called the company and they do not care nor do they feel they have any responsibility to me even though they were paid for something I did not receive! I was told to report it to the police and to my insurance company. This is wrong! I have ordered many, many packages from other companies and I have never filed any complaints about anything or anyone. 

I receive wrong packages at different times and either I take them to the person's house or give them back to the post office.  This is between the post office (UPS) and ANTonline not me. My order was with Antonline not with the post office. I want what I paid for and if I get it, I will be happy. I am tired of dealing with a company that basically has told me to jump in the lake to put it mildly. Any help would be appreciated. I would also like to warn any future customers of ANTonline's attitude as they may or may not receive their package and they do not care.  Basically, they accuse you of being dishonest.  Ripoff!
